The Green Dress makes another appearance! This time it's with the original actress sauntering back and forth (again) at the Grand Phoenix. Please for the love of God, get another dress! I think she's supposed to be an employee so that's the uniform? It doesn't really match the men's uniforms. The men obviously look like employees. I haven't bothered to actually check out the face and hair of the men employees to see if they are using different people. Yeah, and that hat. LOL. The Y&R goes for the cliches a little too much... for example Phyllis's son Daniel as an "artist" had to have long hair, leather bracelets etc.

Get a load of these characters in Billy's Peanut Bar: Reminder you can always click on an image to enlarge it. Well at least two of them have the proper headgear for a Wisconsin winter!

Green dress, short dark hair... I wonder how many dresses they have and how often they get cleaned. Can you imagine showing up at the set for your job as an extra, and they hand you THE green dress? LOL

I saw this again today as well. It's an odd choice for a uniform if that's what it is. It looks like a cocktail dress. And what roles are these uniformed people supposed to be? Mingling among the guests? I'm also worried about the cleaning issue unless they ordered this dress by the bulk. I'm seeing green everywhere on this show lately (today it was Phyllis).

The green dresses look NOTHING like the guys' uniforms, and why don't they wear name tags or something to identify them as employees? All the Society uniforms say "Society" on them, at least they all did when they were grey. Now that they are burgundy, the men have Society on their shirts, but I'm not sure about the jumpsuits the women wear.

I'm not convinced they are uniforms. I think they're just filler and the writers don't realize what hawkeyes and detectives we are.

Ok. But I'm convinced they are uniforms. Why does the green dress ONLY appear at the Grand Phoenix? What a crappy work dress. Who wants to wear an off the shoulder dress every day to work? Who wants to fork out money for a strapless bra to wear at work?
Speaking of uniforms, NO... the new Society uniforms for the women to NOT say Society on them. I think Lola's chef jacket does though.

If they are uniforms, what is their role? I understand the bartender but would they hire someone to just mill about? Still seems like an odd choice for a uniform.

A very odd choice for a uniform!
I saw one of the male employees bring a coat to a guest. I did see green dress hair in a bun lady carrying a coat and at the time I thought she had her OWN coat... but maybe it was a guest's coat she was bringing to someone.
Besides bartenders and people to fetch coats, I suppose they also need people to check guests into their rooms. And when they're not doing that, they just wander around and do things like test out if the courtesy phone is still working hahahaha.
And I suppose they need to clear used glasses from the lounge area, although I've yet to see that.
Speaking of the drinks, what is with the crazy fruit they are putting in the drinks? They look like banana peppers or something LOL.

Is there a coat room in the open area? So bizarre. I know of no hotel where I can hang up my coat in the lobby/lounge area. I've also noticed the crazy fruit adorning the drinks. I'm going to watch these people like a hawk this week to see what it is that they're actually doing :-).

You probably know of no other hotel where the bar and the check-in counter are one and the same!

I saw a green dress lady the other day that I am pretty sure I have seen before as a green dress lady. I haven't noticed any other repeats of Extras.

Green dress ladies have been on quite a bit lately. In fact, I think they've been in every Grand Phoenix scene. The one that most comes to mind is the one with the short dark hair. I am getting rather sick of that damned dress in case you haven't noticed...:-).
