This is NOT the Chancellor living room - even if the furniture was changed - the fireplace is not in the right place compared to the entrance. Maybe Abby found Chance in another room in the mansion, but why not just use the existing living room set? I wonder if they are changing things and this will be the living room now? When I add a photo from my computer instead of from a website, I have to add it as an attachment and the website makes it smaller, but you can click on the image to enlarge it.

Glad I wasn't the only one. While I like the look of this room, the Chancellor Mansion has a ton of history on the show, more than ANY OTHER SET... and it would be such a bad idea to get rid of it.

Could it be the other side of the living room that we haven't seen in years? I recall it had a fireplace, however it had windowns on either side (like my parent's house) and a couple of upholstered chairs with birds on them (not there now). It did have a sofa like that to conceive Tucker on (Katherine was reminiscing about her time with Judge Arthur Hendricks on it - a good place for Abby to worry about her own adulterous behaviour). The photos behind Abby include one in the middle of Katherine Chancellor, but who are in the other two? Billy & Lily(??) in one on the left and a mostly blonde family (the Abbotts with Traci in the middle??) in the other on the right. The artwork doesn't seem to go with the room or any of the mausoleum's current occupants.
Could it be a bigger version of the room on the opposite side of the front hall where a lot of Jill & Colin's music box shenanigans went on, next to that same pic of Katherine? It seems odd that they would create a new set at this point.

If you are standing at the never seen end of the room, looking straight at the opening to the room, towards the hallway - the stairs with the mural wall go up to the right, and the front door is on the left. In the living room, the fireplace is on the right side, and the front windows are across from it on the left. So if you're looking at the fireplace in this room, then there would be a wall at right angles on the left with bookcases, and then the opening to the hall would be just to the left of that.
