Is Heather channeling Chelsea?

I keep thinking what is Chelsea doing back in town whenever I see Heather.  One cameraperson shows her hair from the back, then shows her face with a similar fake smile, she then engages in some rapid squirrel-talk accentuated by jerky head motions, then she stands up and walks out past the other cameraman.
