And today Victor told Nikki in that syrupy goo-goo voice, "I'd do anything to help you." Except remove all the dang booze bottles from the living room!

Even if he left the tequila, it would make more sense than to leave VODKA right there on the bar. Nikki's drink, and no one else's in the Newman family.

The struggle Nikki has had with alcohol and nobody has it put away or even stop 🛑 drinking in front of her is mind boggling. Especially since her last diabolical l, life harrowing experience. It appears her family just doesn’t care. Not even Victor ! Victor is offering everybody a drink! Did they not go to AA support to learn  ? |

I also don't understand why Nikki wasn't taken to a clinic right away. Somebody had her hooked up to an IV tube, pumping who knows what into her bloodstream. Also she apparently has MS (and is technically a senior citizen) which might complicate her condition. Who wouldn't check her out? But instead it's taken as a matter of course that she's on her own, and hopefully everything will be okay.
