I can't make heads or tails of it. The Abbotts find out that Tucker is invested in a small fragrance company (along with Ashley). Aha! they all exclaim. This proves he's going to destroy Jabot, that snake!
Why do they make that conclusion? By that logic, every competing business is devilishly destroying every other business. It makes no sense whatsoever. I kept waiting for some other shoe to drop that would explain it, but no. They each just go from Tucker has a fragrance company to That slimeball is destroying Jabot. Huh?
The writing is SO bad. This, too, must be written by AI.

And now they changed Tucker to make him dumber so his plan will fail in a week or two. Before, he knew that Kyle was only pretending to turn against the Abbotts. And he was going to use Kyle against Jabot. Now suddenly on yesterday's US episode, he's not sure if he can trust Kyle. I adore Tucker but I sure am tired of them writing his big-talk plans that have zero substance. A battle needs two matched adversaries to have any interest.

I can't make heads or tails of any of the business storylines. I find I don't even care, so I just wait for the scenes to change. But alas there's not much I do care about right now.

My brain tunes out most of these boring SLs, but one snippet I heard made me wonder if Diane is in collusion with Tucker, playing the ultimate long game against Jack & Ashley - that WOULD be interesting, so I suspect that is not what TPTB have planned. Diane can hire rooster boy wherever she ends up, so she's not worried about him.

I don't think the writers are capable of pulling one over on us like that. If she does end up turning against the Abbotts, I would guess it would be a last minute decision by the writers, not something clever.
