I really liked the conversation the brothers had about Conner and that they seemed to be relating as brothers. I'm afraid to hope that this relationship will continue but I'm sure that Victoria will manage to create or interpret a situation which will cause all of his siblings to treat Adam as a misfit and loser. Why the writers are continuing to write Adam as a misfit and vicious character is beyond me. I hope that I'm wrong and this detente will continue.

I agree lawgirl. I love it when Adam/Nick get along and the same goes for Jack/Victor.

I never could understand why from the day Adam landed in Genoa City he's been treated like an outcast by Victoria, Nick and especially Nikki who can't get over the fact that Victor really did love Hope. Not to mention most of the residents of GC.

Wouldn’t it be great if Victoria could finally be the misfit for a few years?
Adam has always been the misfit except on a few occasions. Nick has been a misfit. But Victoria has always been the chosen princess. I would love to see her squirm for a while and become humbled because the brothers become besties and she is on the outs making MORE poor decisions Let the writers have Nicky & Victor side with the boys
Just saying

I liked when Adam was romantic as a misfit instead of just childish. Michael Muhney-era Adam was an outsider, but also super smart and able to best all the Newmans. He was sardonic and had a self-protective shell over a longing heart.
Instead the current Adam is sulky and rather humorless, straightforward, and not very smart. He is easily outmaneuvered by his relatives. He's characterized more as a hapless dolt than as a misunderstood genius. I find it boring.

Great analysis and I could not agree more.
