I wish we could see flashbacks of Cole and Heather Tom's Victoria in the tackhouse. Yesterday when the characters revisited it and reminisced, I could picture it so vividly. The bed in the corner. There was no upstairs bedroom, which the writers rewrote! It was all the one room. Victoria kept "remembering" them going to the bedroom upstairs, but that hadn't existed yet.
But my big question is, did Cole kiss her yesterday on the bench outside? I saw him move in to kiss her, but just before their lips met, it cut to commercial. So weird. Then when we came back from commercial, it was unclear whether they'd kissed or not. They didn't act like they'd just kissed and didn't mention it.

Yes, the tack house was only one room with a tinier kitchenette and I remember very uncool gingham drapes, bedspread & perhaps even covering the lower shelves in the kitchenette. The front screen door was tack-house dark wood. I may be conflating things with "Mr. Ed", the talking horse TV show, but I recall top-half-of-wall doors opening to actual horse stalls. There were no stairs to a second floor, the area above Cole & Victoria's love nest was probably a hay loft open to the connected barn.

I only remember a bed being in there. So now that the tack house has a second floor, I originally thought probably only one bedroom up there. Then Nick, Phyllis and Summer lived there so there must be 2 bedrooms upstairs. But now Victoria wants to live there with her 3 kids. Does that mean there are 4 bedrooms now? I can't imagine any of the kids sharing a room.

Yes, this tack house seems to grow by the year. I can't imagine how it could house 4 people. Must be up to 4 bedrooms by now?

I'm not sure if I'm remembering correctly but I think Victor remodelled the Tack house for Adam. I do believe the entire structure was made larger and also when the second floor was added.
Thinking about the Tack House, where does Adam live now?

Thinking about the Tack House, where does Adam live now? Did he buy back the penthouse from Nate? That place has changed hands so many tmes, I've lost track. Since we're talking about who's living where, where does Chelsea live? Billy? There must be a housing shortage since so many CEO's seem to enjoy the hotel life. Also, since Mariah and Tessa are moving out of the tack house, does anyone think that they'll make even fewer appearances? They're hardly on the show any more as it is.

Thinking about the Tack House, where does Adam live now? I'm pretty sure that Victor remodeled the tack house when Victoria (with newly cast Amelia Heinle) came back to GC from Italy. I might also be misremembering, but I think that's when it was revamped.
Also, Adam lives in the apartment that Billy and Lily used to cohabitate in. It looks pretty much the same but has a dark leather sofa. I recall that Sally came over to give him a housewarming gift back when she was still with Nicholas.

Chelsea lives in the apartment over Crimson Lights.
And I'm fed up with Tessa and Mariah serving only as props for other characters' stories. It was like the only reason we even saw them buy a house was so Victoria could move into the tack house with Claire and go down memory lane with Cole. Tessa is like the new Gina Roma at Gina's restaurant. "Let me show you to your table."

And to think she was once a world renowned singer (or at the very least could fill a domestic arena). These writers cannot seem to stick with a story at all.
Thanks Miravep for clearing up the living situations. I don't remember Adams move but I do remember Chelsea's now. Good memory!

If Tessa doesn't want to tour any more, certainly she could do something that involves music. Perhaps classes for deaf or hard of hearing people so they too can participate in the vibrations of music, or singing in the GCAC Jazz lounge à la Gina Romalotti ... or perhaps singing at Society on Friday & Saturday nights. The place has always reminded me of Neil's tiny bar/lounge Indigo(?) anyways.

Yes Victor did a little something for Victoria at the Tack house 20 some years ago.(going by Claire's age now) However he did a bigger, better remodel for Adam.

I have hardly any memory of all of the tack house when Cole and Victoria were there. I wonder if I was working at the time and only saw the show on holidays.
Speaking of the dark leather sofa in Adam's condo (that was Lily and Billy's) that same sofa is also in the current tack house. The blue and white framed mirror at Adam's used to be in Devon's condo.

Today I noticed Hardy Boys books on Harrison's bookshelves, and I rewound to check, and google for an image of the spline. Maybe if the writing was better I wouldn't be looking around so much LOL. But really, I think I'm always just looking at details in case I want to make a miniature scene.... I haven't really done doll scenes much at all lately... life crap is getting in the way, and I think it's possible I might end up abandoning the Y&R dolls. Meanwhile, I still study the scene detals lol.

I thought of you all when Adam and Chelsea had their videoconference in Adam's apartment yesterday. Hadn't seen it in a while. And there was the sofa.
