It is in desperate need of a makeover. The gaudy wallpaper in the dining room, the fake tiffany lamp that looks like Walmart ,the plastic plants, the heavy drapes and jus $h!t all over the place like heavy teardrop crystals that look like plastic hanging on candle sconces. That place is a mess. I don't think I have ever seen it look different. How old is that set anyway?

The set was slightly redone when Sharon and Jack were married - I think she at least bought a new sofa. But I don't remember what changes happened then.
I also remember that when Gloria moved in, she wanted to redecorate.
Now I'm going to have to go look for old and current photos... thanks... the rest of my Friday evening is now planned out hahahahahah.

I've been googling for images, and I haven't found too much yet. It does look very "dated" and stodgy... not trendy or fashionable, or even inviting. It's very uptight looking. Here's a reasonably recent photo: I'm not sure when this photo is from, but it pretty much looks the same as this now...the sofa cushions are different... I confess I have never noticed the mural wallpaper before. Here's an old one with John and Gloria... you can't see much of the sofa, but it's definitely not the one they have now... Here's an older photo of what the sofa used to look like. Notice the coffee table is different from the one now.

Thanks for the photos LF! It looks like the coffee table in the last photo has been swapped out as well. What really caught my eye is the flower arrangement in the 2nd and 3rd phictures. Yellow and red roses. They look exactly the same yet, it is a different time period with different furniture. I guess they are using fake flowers?

I really think these cutting edge fashionistas would have more modern surrounding with sleek lines. Not 18th century paintings, glass and brass liquor trolleys and a Chinese emperor guarding the front door.
